Terry’s professional sales and marketing experience have earned him the coveted “Who’s Who in American Business”(1992 to the present) and “Who’s Who in America” (since 1996). As the Owner and President of BolderDash, a contemporary men’s and women’s clothing store in Cherry Creek North and Boulder, Terry built a successful fashion business that served an influential Denver clientele of over 6,000 individuals. His stores were named the “Best of….” by numerous local and national publications and earned him the cover picture and story in the “Inside Cherry Creek” magazine upon his retail retirement. The key to his success has always been strong branding utilizing “out of the box” advertising, strong customer follow-thru and a well conceived marketing plan. Terry has always had a passion for real estate. BolderDash may have paid the day-to-day bills, but wise real estate investing has allowed him a secure future. Whether it is commercial, residential or rental property, Terry has been personally and extensively involved in every aspect of his holdings. His experiences in real estate and business ownership make him a valuable asset to your real estate transactions. A 4th generation Denverite, Terry is a graduate of Cherry Creek High School and Southern Methodist University. His wife, Cindy, has been a District sales rep. for Steelcase Office furniture for over 25 years. Daughter, Madeleine (21), is a Senior at Iowa State University. Son, Alan (17), is a Senior at Cherry Creek High School. Terry has been active on the Boards of the Colorado Institute of Art, the Fine Arts Foundation, the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (appointed by Mayor John Hickenlooper), the Vail Racquet Club, Sunwood at Vail (homeowners association) and the Cherry Creek Tennis Association.
