Sue Hartwell is a full time professional real estate broker whose focus is providing the customer with the best service possible leading to outstanding results while dealing in an ethical, fair and honest manner. Sue works with a broad range of clients from first time buyers to sophisticated sellers. Her expertise spans from Denver to the west Foothills; in areas such as Golden, Arvada, Superior, Evergreen, Conifer, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Littleton, Morrison, Westminster, and Broomfield. Sue has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management, working for Colgate –Palmolive for 16 years. Sue has effectively utilized that corporate experience and has transferred her many skills to serve her real estate customers well. Sue was born and raised in New England and moved to Colorado in 1985. She loves it here, sighting the great weather, friendly people, and beautiful areas to hike, bike ride, ski and golf. Sue currently lives in Golden after also living in Evergreen, Conifer, and downtown Denver.
