About Me

For the past nine years, Shannon Tiger has been one of the top selling brokers of lofts, townhomes, and single family homes in Denver classic city neighborhoods. Shannon began her real estate career working as an onsite salesperson for The Fullerton Company in downtown Denver. She quickly went on to manage the onsite sales teams for multiple projects and finally to act as a broker-owner of the Fullerton Company’s real estate brokerage. She is an accomplished sales person with a track record to prove it!

In addition to the sales and marketing expertise, Shannon brings a thorough understanding of the development business. She knows the process involved to take the vision, turn it into a reality, and execute all the steps in between. Shannon has proudly listed and represented a number of communities, including Trovare, The Abbey on Adams, Saint Lukes Lofts, Town Lofts at Stapleton, the Lofts at Stapleton, Louisiana Station Lofts, The Arboretum at Cheesman and The Rail Yard Lofts. In and around her new development work, Shannon has been busy selling single family homes in classic city neighborhoods such as the Highland, Congress Park, Capitol Hill, City Park, Cherry Creek, Platt Park, Observatory Park, and Washington Park. Having lived in Denver most of her life she has extensive knowledge of Denver’s core neighborhoods.

Shannon is married with one child and lives in East Wash Park. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, snowboarding and playing in Colorado’s mountains.
