About Me

Scott Webber was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. The oldest of four sons, his parents are Dick and Judy Webber of Ogden. He graduated from Ogden High School in 1972, from the University of Utah in 1980, and immediately started his career in real estate brokerage with the opening of his own firm.

In 1985 he sold the firm to Coldwell Banker where he served as President of the Utah Coldwell Banker company until 1989, when he repurchased the company as a Coldwell Banker affiliate. He expanded the company to include 25 residential and commercial offices with over 1,500 sales and support people serving Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada as Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, and Denver, Colorado as Coldwell Banker Van Schaack and Company. The company became the number two ranked Coldwell Banker affiliate company in the United States. His Utah Coldwell Banker company was the official licensee and provider of residential accommodations for the Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games, successfully renting 1,500 private residences to 2,500 groups of international guests.

In 1998 Scott served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Incorporated, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States, and was responsible for large NRT-owned Coldwell Banker operations in Denver, Atlanta, Southeast Florida, West Central Florida, New Jersey, Baltimore and Washington DC. He brought about the sale of his company to NRT in 2001.

Scott completed numerous real estate consulting and development projects until 2008 when he acquired the Denver, Colorado brokerage firm Fuller Towne & Country Properties and the Park City/Salt Lake City, Utah brokerage firm Lewis, Wolcott and Dornbush Real Estate, and affiliated them with Sotheby’s International Realty, where he serves as President.

Scott is past president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and a past Director to the Utah Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is an avid alpine skier, golfer, private pilot and Beechcraft Bonanza owner, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He speaks fluent German, and has a unique appreciation for the countries of Switzerland, Austria and Scotland, where he often travels. He and his wife, Andrea, live in Golden, Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona, and are the parents of 6 wonderful grown children.
