Seward? As in "Seward's Folly?" Yes, Michelle's family has been involved in real estate since 1867 when all the world watched as Secretary of State, William H. Seward, purchased the State of Alaska for $7.2 Million dollars, roughly .2 cents an acre. So if you are interested in purchasing any large quanties of land, she's the girl to see.

Michelle has been actively involved in the Denver real estate market since the day she moved here 16 years ago. She has spent most of those years developing an extremely sucessful real estate investment portolio for herself as well as her clients. She has also built a wonderful residential business helping friends and neighbors find the house that is just right for them. She considers herself a "perfectionist" and prides herself on her attention to detail and first-class service. Her clients return to her year after years because she is always willing "to go that extra mile" to make their home buying process as enjoyable as possible.

Being the mother of two young children, Michelle has extensive knowledge of the schools, day cares and community support systems for families.
