About Me

With years of experience in real estate and financing, an unyielding enthusiasm for the Colorado lifestyle, and a relaxed, patient demeanor, Marie Lynch ensures her clients a smooth journey through the entire home buying process. A member of the Evergreen Conifer Association of REALTORS, Marie was raised in Lakewood and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University in Denver. After working for 14 years as a mortgage loan processor and escrow closer, she earned her real estate license in 1997, signing on with a firm in Boulder. In 1999 Marie moved to Evergreen with her husband, Sean Lynch, founder of Jameson Homes. Working closely with Sean as Jameson’s exclusive listing agent, Marie has gained an in-depth knowledge of the construction and design processes. Her wide-ranging background in everything from new home construction to closing transactions provides home buyers with a comprehensive level of expertise rare in real estate agents. An experienced mover herself, Marie and Sean and their two young sons now live in their own custom home in the mountains west of Idaho Springs. Marie enjoys camping, hiking, running, scrapbooking, reading and cooking. Her favorite activities, however, include playing with her children and helping her clients fulfill their dreams.
