Karen has excelled in her residential real estate profession receiving numerous awards from her company, as well as in the community by being named the "Best of the Best", Evergreen's Best Realtor in 2004. She has consistently been listed in the top "10" Producers with Fuller Towne & Country, achieving Fuller's #1 Individual Broker in 2005 for the Evergreen Office. Fuller also acknowledged her sales excellence in 2004 with the company's prestigious "Rising Star" award. Karen is an "Accredited Buyer's Representative" of which only 4% of all Realtors in the entire country have achieved and enjoys helping her clients find their dream home and then negotiating on their behalf to assure that their best interests are achieved.
