A Denver metro area resident for almost 30 years, Howard Johnson gains home listings and sales by delivery extraordinary customer service to a handful of Coloradoans. Working by Client Referral
It’s not surprising then that every one of his home listings and purchases are a direct result of client referrals. “I strive to build relationships and work with people in multiple transactions for life,” says Howard. “I work by referral because it frees me up to dedicate more time to my clients, rather than spending time trying to recruit new business.”

Howard partners with clients to carefully walk then through the entire buying or selling process, including establishing the “right” home value, securing pre-approval and a mortgage loan, finding the perfect property, making an offer and closing the deal to make a “dream home” a reality.

Selling or buying a home, according to Howard, is as much a business transaction as it is a “life” transition. “Selling a home is important and it takes a business perspective to do it right.” After all, Howard maintains, a person’s home is typically among his or her family’s largest financial assets.

Howard’s personal experience in real estate and business is extensive. Having lived and worked in the Denver area since junior high school, Howard knows well the area’s schools, neighborhoods, golf courses, parks and historical districts and has personally invested in homes in Washington Park, Belcaro, The Highlands, Denver University and on the Saddle Rock Golf Course.

An avid fly fisherman and traveler, Howard has traveled to over 35 countries around the world in search of new and different cultural experiences and fly fishing adventures. Howard, his lovely wife Katherine – an HR executive for CH2M Hill – and beautiful twin daughters, Sydney and Laurel, live in the Saddle Rock golf course community.
