About Me

Heather Parness, a 14-year veteran of real estate, was appointed President of Fuller Towne & Country Properties in April 2005. During her 5 year tenure with Fuller Towne & Country Properties, Heather has served in many capacities, including the Director of Technical Operations and Employing Broker. As President and Employing Broker, she oversees 4 offices with 170+ full-time brokers and staff. Fuller Towne & Country Properties has the highest average list and sale price compared to any other firm in Denver, and reached the billion dollar sales mark after just 7 years in the business in 2005.

Heather started her real estate career in 1992 with Sears and Company, The Team, an independent firm in Greeley, CO. Since getting her start in real estate, she has gone on to work in sales and management for many of Colorado’s top brokerage firms.

Parness is a Past President of the Mile High Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also currently a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Heather was recently accepted as a member of the Colorado Chapter of the Young President's Organization. She graduated from Regis University in 2000 with her B.S. in Business Administration, Cum Laude.

Heather, a Colorado native, is an avid scuba diver and traveler.
