About Me

Greg Margheim

… is a Broker Associate with Fuller Towne & Country Properties, a position he has held since receiving his real estate broker license in August 2002. Greg has successfully developed and closed over $22 Million in real estate transactions in Greenwood Village, LODO, Cherry Creek, Castle Pines North, the surrounding metro area, and Fox Acres Country Club in Larimer County in his first three years in the Business. Greg’s success earned him the recognition of Fuller’s “Rookie of the Year” in 2003.

Greg has brought his business sense and commitment to customer service with him from his prior 20 plus years experience in the computer industry. After 5 years in the computer hardware/software industry where he began his post college career, he co-founded and managed Application Design Associates, Inc., a custom software development company for 16 years prior to it’s acquisition. This commitment to customer service starts from the beginning of the client relationship and continues throughout the marketing and sales process and is characterized by four major factors; Listening, Communication, Honesty, and Follow-up.

Greg earned a Marketing degree and MBA from the University of Wyoming where he was an active member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. Besides spending time with his family, Greg enjoys the game of golf and has been a member of both Meridian Golf Club and Fox Acres Country Club for the past 18 years. He has lived and worked in Greenwood Village since settling in Denver in 1982.
