About Me

Doug Day has been working as a Realtor since 1994. He is a second generation Realtor, having grown up in Detroit, Michigan watching his father and listening to real estate conversations around the dinner table. He lived in the San Francisco Bay area before relocating to Denver in 1991.

Doug has assisted countless people both purchase and marketing of homes and has developed a long list of satisfied customers over his career and has weathered the storm of two Denver real estate downturns.

Doug’s knowledge of Denver’s’ urban neighborhoods and the outlying suburbs has served his customers well. He is especially knowledgeable with the unique issues associated with older properties and their construction as well as the newer (infill) homes that are becoming more common in the city.

Doug has lived in a circa 1900 home since 1991 that he has extensively restored in the “Highlands” neighborhood also called Northwest Denver just west of I-25 and north of Colfax.

Customer service and following up is #1 when assisting people with what is usually the biggest investment of their lives! I really enjoy helping people solve their real estate problems and finding the solution that best serves their needs.
