Tom & Denise are both licensed REALTORS. We play on each others strengths and talents and divide the work along those lines. Tom’s background in mortgages and Denise’s background in interior design often come into play. We are very involved in the REALTOR community which offers tremendous networking possibilities and many opportunities for continuing education. Tom was voted onto the South Metro Board of REALTORS in 2001 and served a three year term. We believe that networking within the Realtor community often helps with getting a transaction closed.

Above all we are committed to providing you with “hands on” personal service. It is our job to listen and truly understand your needs and our clients needs are always considered first. Our clients satisfaction is evident when you consider that referrals and repeat business contributes more than half of our annual sales.
