I specialize in representing sellers and buyers in central-Denver, and vintage and architecturally-significant houses. Throughout 2009, I was consistently ranked among the top 5 producers in Fuller | Sotheby’s Cherry Creek office, holding the #1 spot for much of the year, and consistently ranked in the top 8 company-wide among 165 agents (according to the natural ebb and flow of closings).

For sellers, the properties I have prepared and marketed over the past several years have sold in at least half the average days on the market for their respective neighborhoods. What’s more, many of those properties went under contract in as few as 2 or 3 days!
