Catherine Carpenter combines over 31 years of real estate experience with a personal commitment to excellence in any kind of market.

      Her proven track record as one of Denver’s top real estate agents can be attributed to the fact that she achieves success for buyers & sellers in a wide variety of price ranges. From single-family homes, lofts & condominiums to light commercial property, Catherine’s knowledge of the Greater Denver real estate market is extensive.       Catherine considers herself an “expeditious perfectionist” who is dedicated to providing superior service in the most efficient way. “I want the process of buying or selling a home or investment property to appear effortless to my clients, even though it’s not,” says Catherine. “I also want it to be as fun and stress free as possible. It is my job to provide ongoing communication and education to my clients by explaining the process thoroughly while protecting them from the minutia that is part of any real estate deal.  I like to put out fires quickly and quietly to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients…after all; I want our relationship to last a lifetime!”

      Catherine believes that her own education is imperative when it comes to assisting her clients in our ever-changing economy.  She is currently working towards two exclusive designations: Certified Negotiation Expert and  Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Expert.

      Born & raised in Iowa, Catherine learned the importance of truth and hard work from her parents, Carp & Ruth. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loretto Heights College in Denver. Over the years, Catherine has been actively involved with many fundraising efforts for numerous groups, including special education & sports programs for Denver Public Schools. Catherine has owned homes and investments in Washington Park, Bonnie Brae, Belcaro and Riverfront Park in downtown Denver.
