Real Estate Experience
Barb Fullerton has twenty years experience in the real estate industry. As a property manager in Evergreen in the 1980’s, she learned how to help sellers during a down market. After her move to Denver in 1990, she taught school briefly, and then returned to real estate as Marketing Director for The Fullerton Company, where she created and executed award winning marketing plans and budgets for over ten successful loft projects, resulting in early sell out for each one. In addition, she is an accomplished writer, published in numerous real estate and business publications.

Life Experience
Barb Fullerton has been a corporate wife, moving to different cities five times, a stay at home mother to four children, a working mother, a teacher and a vice president of marketing for a loft development firm. She has volunteered in the Evergreen PTA, the Junior League of Denver, Colorado Builder Forum Editorial Board, Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and Arts Council, Mullen High School, and for environmental concerns. Barb and husband Larry, live in Greenwood Village, and enjoy biking the HighLine Canal, hiking and boating in Grand Lake, and most of all playing with their grandchildren, Alec and Kennedy.
