Ann has successfully developed and closed over $100 Million in real estate transactions in Denver Country Club, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, LODO, Castle Pines Village and the surrounding metro area, while being annually recognized as one of Denver's top real estate professionals.

Ann Kerr has earned a reputation for exceptional service and has been continually recognized as one of Denver’s Top Producers and in Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Ann has remained at the top of the Fuller Towne & Country Properties Broker’s production list and since 2002, Ann has been in the top 5 of all the brokers in the company.

Ann's continued relationships with buyers and sellers has resulted in her mature understanding of the needs and expectations of her clients, which combined with her unique interpersonal skills, create an efficient and valuable experience.

Ann is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma and Southern Methodist University where she was a competitive collegiate swimmer and an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

Prior to joining Fuller Towne & Country Properties, Ann worked for Phillips Petroleum Company as a Petroleum Land Manager and served as Director and Principal of the Riverbend Montessori School and teacher at the Montessori school of Denver. She is currently on the Cherry Hills Village Planning and Zoning Board, the Cherry Hills Village Elementary School Accountability Committee, actively involved with the Colorado Lacrosse Foundation and the University of Denver Lacrosse, as well as an active member of the Denver Ballet Guild.
